Carer / Support Worker
We currently have a high demand for carers and support workers based in Birmingham and throughout the West Midlands.
Requirements:
- Experience: No prior experience is required! We provide full training and shadowing to ensure you feel confident in your role.
- License: You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own car.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, trustworthiness, and honesty are essential.

Live-in Carer
Location:

Salary:
From £750.00 per week (meals allowance included)
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months care experience preferred (more experience valued)
- License: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
- Skills: Compassion, reliability, professionalism, and adaptability
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Role:
Support clients in their own homes, providing personal care, household assistance, companionship, and emotional support. Work according to care plans and company policies, including night-time checks if required.

- Experience: Proven management experience in health and social care
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards)

Role:
Lead and develop care operations. Ensure regulatory compliance, oversee staff recruitment and training, manage budgets and resources, monitor quality, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
