How do I set up care with River of Care?
To set up care with us, please visit our contact page or give us a call at 0800 002 5467 to book your free quote and assessment. During this process, we’ll determine how we can best meet your needs and discuss the associated costs. Together, we will create a personalized care plan that outlines what works best for you, including the times and duration of care you require.
What care will my care assistant provide?
Your care assistant will provide the care outlined in the personalized care plan we created together, which is designed to address your specific needs.
Will I have the same care assistant each day?
You may not have the same care assistant every day, but we will choose a caregiver who best suits your needs and preferences.
What if I want to change my care package?
If you would like to change your care package, just let us know, and we will make the adjustments as quickly as possible.
How do I pay for my care?
If you are paying out of pocket for your care or your loved one’s care, we will send you a weekly invoice, and you can pay via bank transfer, at the bank, or through direct debit. There may be other payment methods available as well. If you are funded by a council, we will send the council a weekly invoice, and they can pay the amount into our company account. Please note that we do not collect cash payments.

What should I do in case of an emergency?
